I wish I could say that this is all of the laundry I'm doing in this house. But this picture just doesn't give it justice...besides the fact that there are clothes to the right of me and to the left of me AND on my desk that didn't even make the picture....I am in laundry HELL!
I am truly amazed at how some people seem to think I have ALL this free time to be up their asses, but let me tell you~it's so not true! As I am typing this I am waiting for load 64 to dry and 65 to finish washing. I really seem to think that there should be a quicker more efficient way of drying the clothes. I've noticed that the washer is always done before the dryer, and I ALWAYS start the dryer first. LOL!
I'm telling you, I literally spend the majority of my week washing, drying and folding clothes. I don't understand how I end up with so much all the time....well, I mean, I have 5 kids, so I'm aware of how it happens...but I also have all BOYS so you'd think they'd be wearing the same crusty clothes for about a week.
I have to say I think I like summer clothes washing though, because the clothes are smaller and thinner. Winter clothes washing is too heavy~takes forever to dry and during that season, I have to make sure I'm washing the clothes on smaller cycles so that they dry through the first time.
We have like a million laundry baskets in this house and I have every reason to believe that has something to do with the extent of this laundry. So I'm limiting it to 1 laundry basket per room. Hopefully that will work and make my laundry a little bit less. Maybe I'll only end up with like 20 loads a week....omg that would be soooo amazing!! LOL!!!
I think it also sucks because the kids are growing into the next size up. So that means switching out the closets again...that I really super hate the most. Ugh...it's so never ending...I can't wait until the kids are old enough to do their own laundry. Then my life will be so much easier....I'm just thinking about it now...when the kids are older....doing their own laundry, or living in their own houses, doing their own laundry...wow...I think that is one of my Calgon moments......aaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!
